Who would've known that EFT (emotinal freedom technique) is suitable for golfers? Oh, sure, I have worked with my fair share of greiving, distraught, traumatized, and just plain sad folks...yet, I hadn't thought of tapping to help golfers. I commonly work with golfers that are great in practice and fall apart at competition. It is so great to know that tapping away their fears can help keep them in the tournament. At the level of play these competitive golfers play, the mental game is the only thing that separates. So, if you have a golf client that laments about the first hole jitters, show him/he how to tap their way into golfing success.
In fact, I am developing a script and mantras specially designed for tournament golfers, utilizing EFT. If anyone has input, please feel free to share. I am always open to suggestions. I know there are a few folks on the internet that specialize in this. I am not the first one to think of this...what matters is that these nervous golfers have a new chance at success.

I do use EFT with my golf clients in conjunction with hypnosis sessions. It's a great rapport builder and tool for them to have on the course (or in the car, in the parking lot or on the way to the course).
GeorgeI have yet to do a full blown 'study' of the effectiveness EFT has on golf success like those I've read about on the emofree site. That site is so inspiring. My intention is to interest a seniors group or some regular league players to participate over a period of time to track the results/improvement. Or, perhaps a school team, either college or high school.
My golf pros and college golfers have benefitted from learning EFT.
All the best. George
